Believe it or not, it is already time to start thinking about Middle School Camp for 2020. All current 5th-7th grade students are eligible to attend Middle School Camp with us next summer. We have made some changes to the sign-up process, so this email includes all the information you will need to know about the changes, and how to sign-up. DATES, LOCATION, AND COST
Our dates for Middle School Camp in 2020 will be June 14-19. We will be attending Camp Maranatha in Everton, MO again this summer.
The cost for Middle School Camp will be $250 this year. The price includes registration, housing, meals, & transportation. Items not included in cost are canteen & souvenirs. A $50 multi-child discount is applied to families sending multiple students, based on available funds.
In order to sign-up for Middle School Camp this year, this form must be filled out and $50 non-refundable deposit provided. Please fill out one form per student, if you are sending multiple students to Middle School Camp.
For the first time, we are introducing an option to make online payments. You will still have the option to pay with cash or check. At the bottom of the form, you will find the option to select “Cash or Check” or “Debit or CC”. An additional processing fee will be added to each online transaction.
For the very last step in the registration process, there will be a drop down menu on the checkout page. If you are paying with card, select the option that says “Pay Now with Debit or CC.” If you are paying with Cash or Check, select the option that says “Pay Later.” Do not choose any of the other options listed.
In order to make further payments toward Middle School Camp after the Registration form and $50 deposit have been submitted, you should go to the 2020 MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP PAYMENT PLAN form. Please fill out this form even if you are paying with Cash or Check. DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOU HAVE NOT FIRST SUBMITTED THE 2020 MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT. Below is the suggested payment schedule following the $50 deposit.
- $50 due by February 2
- $50 due by March 22
- $50 due by May 3
- Total $250 balance due by May 29
- *All payments made toward Middle School Camp are non-refundable.
If you make payments by check, please make them payable to Blue Springs Christian Church, include your student(s) name in the memo line, and give it to a member of the NextGen team. As a reminder, please do not make payments toward Middle School Camp through the General Fund Offering. I have no way of tracking these payments, so they get put into the offering fund, rather than toward your camp balance.
The deadline to sign up is May 17. Your spot will not be reserved until both the sign-up form and the $50 deposit have been received by Nick.
