Truth Matters Group – End Times Prophecy

There has been a lot of discussion about what the Bible has to say about the “end times”.  On Tuesday nights, May 7 – June 25, we will discuss the questions that the people of the discussion group have the greatest interest in. Show-Me Food Drive

Sundays May 19 and 26 and June 2 we will be collecting food in the Lobby to help Show-Me Christian Youth Homes restock their pantries. They are in need of canned fruits and veggies (no green beans please), cereal, jelly, macaroni and cheese, toilet paper and disinfectant wipes. Please bring items with you any of these Sundays and place them in the blue bin near the Lobby elevator!

Flood Relief Mission Trip

July 31 – August 4 BSCC is sending a team to Nebraska to help those impacted by the flooding that took place this spring. This trip is open to individuals and families of all ages and the cost will be approximately $100/person. The team will begin meeting soon and registration for the trip is due no later than June 23. Promotion Sunday

Promotion Sunday is June 2! On June 2, all children and students will start attending the class/worship for the grade they will be entering in the fall. You don’t have to do anything but check them in and take them to their class. If you have any questions, please see David or Nick.

Girlfriends’ Linus Project

Calling all Ladies! Join us for the Girlfriends’ Linus Project on Thursday, June 6 at 6:30pm in Student Worship. Please RSVP here and bring a 1 1/2 yard piece of fleece and a pair of scissors. You may also bring a rotary cutter as long as you also bring a cutting mat. Childcare is available to those who RSVP.

Middle School Camp

All current 5th-7th grade students are invited to join us at Camp Maranatha June 16-21. During the week, we will be studying Acts 2:42 and talking about what it means to live in biblical community. The cost for camp this year is $250 (goes up to $275 after May 19). In order to reserve a spot, you must provide a $50 non-refundable deposit directly to Nick Vacca or Josh Fellers. CIY Move is a week-long conference (June 23-29) event for high school students where they are challenged through intense, interactive worship; dynamic preaching; small group study and community building.
