What is the Encounter Weekend?
This is a weekend to understand our walk with Christ and to connect with other women. Over the weekend we will look at fourteen key areas of our lives, and discover how God wants to grow and use us.  We will learn through testimonies, teachings, worshiping together, and celebrating Jesus.

What is Pre-Encounter?
Mark your calendars for the two Wednesdays prior to the Encounter weekend (March 14 & 21) for the Pre-Encounters (7:00 PM at BSCC). You will hear testimonies that will help prepare you to “Encounter the Cross” during the weekend. Though not required, it is ideal that you attend these Pre-Encounters to prepare mentally and spiritually for the experience as well as gain details to prepare for the weekend.

When does Encounter start?
Check in will be on Friday, March 23 between 5:30-6:00PM  in the Community Life Center (lobby) of the Ministry Center (south building) at Blue Springs Christian Church, 7920 SW Hwy 7.  Dinner is provided Friday evening prior to departing for Tall Oaks Camp & Conference Center.

When Do We Return?
We return to Blue Springs Christian on Sunday afternoon, March 25 at approx. 4:30 PM.

What is the Cost to attend the Encounter Weekend?
While we wish we could offer this weekend at no charge, that simply is not possible. Registration will open in early January. All women who register by Sunday, February 25 will owe the Early Bird Registration fee of $110. The price will raise to $125 on February 26 and $140 on March 9. Payment is due upon departure Friday, March 23.

How do I register?
First time attendees can register by contacting Almeda Smith at asmith@bscc.org or 816-229-7311 Ext. 227. Space is limited and will fill up VERY fast – you will need to register as soon as possible if you want to attend this upcoming event.

For more information please email asmith@bscc.org.
