What is Truth Matters?
TruthMatters is a group of people that gather to discuss questions and seek answers about the Christian faith.  Adults & middle school/high school students are encouraged to attend!

Why Attend Truth Matters?
People attend Truth Matters for a number of different reasons.  Some people attend because they are seeking answers to spiritual questions in regards to the Christian faith -- questions about Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit, the Bible or how Christianity compares to world religions.  Other people attend Truth Matters to further understand their own faith journey.  Still others attend Truth Matters to be able to answer spiritual questions that others may have.  Whatever the reason, all questions and subjects are "fair game" in Truth Matters discussions.  It's a great place to explore and dig deeper into Christianity.

The foundation of Truth Matters rests on I Peter 3:15 -- "in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect...."

Truth Matters is a BSCC
apologetics ministry the defense of the historical Christian faith that seeks to provide answers to questions regarding Christianity and Christian issues from attenders of Blue Springs Christian Church and from the larger community.

When Does Truth Matters Meet?

Truth Matters meets on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday evening of each month from 7:00-8:30 PM in the BSCC Hearth Room (A114).

What Can I Expect?
Truth Matters attendees enjoy a casual, relaxed round-table environment in a room of couches, chairs & fireplace. Each gathering begins with spiritual questions that people bring to the group. If no immediate questions arise, a "reserved" presentation helps launch Biblical exploration, new questions and pertinent discussion.

Can I Talk with Someone Individually?
Yes! If you have Biblically-related questions or would like more information about attending Truth Matters, start a discussion -- contact Wayne at

Where Can I Find More Truth Matters Topics/Articles?
