We believe intentional relationships are key to sustained spiritual growth. That is why small groups are such an important part of our discipleship strategy.
As a second step of our plan, it is our desire that everyone at Blue Springs Christian Church connects into a small group where they can dig into God's Word with a group of friends who will encourage, care for, and spur one another on in their journey with Jesus.

Practically speaking, there will never be a way for the staff or overseers to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That's why we place such an emphasis on being connected to a small group.
