WHY BSCC GROUPS
Acts 2:42 says that the first church “devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship.” We believe, just like the church in Acts, that life is best done in community – together! The way to become more fully devoted in your relationship with Jesus is to grow in your love for people. The best way to do that is to be with people in a small group setting, learning from the Bible and developing friendships along the way. We are confident that part of God’s plan for you is to experience the type of support and spiritual growth that these opportunities offer! We place a high value on authentically sharing life together! That is why we have small groups. A small group is primarily a place where people connect with one another by meeting new people, making friends, growing in faith, caring for one another, and having fun together. We hope that group life is where you will encourage one another through life issues, eat together, pray together, laugh together, an serve others together.
